Order Processing
All orders are processed and shipped within 2 to 3 business days of purchase. Please note: we do not ship on weekends or holidays. Orders placed after Friday afternoon will be processed the following Monday.
Shipping Destinations
We ship to a wide range of destinations for both consumers and our valued retail and distribution partners.
For consumers: We offer shipping to countries within the European Union (EU), as well as Norway, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom. Outside these countries, we do not ship directly to consumers.
For retailers and distributors: In addition to the countries mentioned above, we also ship to the United States, Japan, Australia, and New Zealand, among others, based on individual agreements with the respective partner.
Shipping Cost
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions of your order, and your shipping address. You will see the exact shipping costs before completing your purchase.
Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Within the Netherlands: 1-2 business days
- Within the EU: 2-7 business days
- Norway, Switzerland, United Kingdom: 3-10 business days
- United States, Japan, Australia, New Zealand (Retail/Distribution): depending on the carrier and agreed transportation methods.
Please note that these are estimated delivery times. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs processing, local postal services, or unforeseen circumstances.
International Shipping Costs and Taxes
For all international shipments outside the European Union (EU), import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply. These charges are determined by the customs office of the destination country and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Chill Pepper BV is not responsible for these additional costs and cannot predict what they will be. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order to avoid unexpected charges.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the progress of your delivery. In some cases, you may be able to change the delivery date or location if you wish for the package to be delivered to a parcel shop, but this depends on the service provider.
