Each Chill Pepper Sweets and/or Treats product is exclusively manufactured by the same reputable EU supplier according to a standardized production process.
Product quality risks
Risk: product manufacturing defects
Description: faults in wood, possible production error, general defects, finish and safety.
Mitigation: each product is checked during six stages for manufacturing defects. The first time is during the selection of the wood before production. The second time is during wood turning process. The third time is during finishing. The fourth time is during quality control in the packaging phase. The fifth time is upon receival by Chill Pepper. The sixth time is during a final check and packaging by Chill Pepper.
Risk: transport damages
Description: during transport to a final customer there could be damages caused by the transporter. These damages could pose a risk to the end user.
Mitigation: Firstly, the combination of inner and outer packaging should prevent most of the damages. But if an issue occurs during shipping customers are asked to check for any defects upon arrival and if needed report back to us. This is clearly stated in the provided manual and terms and conditions.
Risk: transport damages
Description: during transport to a dealer there could be damages caused by the transporter. These damages could pose a risk to the end user.
Mitigation: Firstly, the combination of inner and outer packaging should prevent most of the damages. But if an issue occurs during shipping dealers are asked to check for any defect upon arrival and if needed report back to us. This is clearly stated in the provided manual and dealer terms.
